Processing Time

  • Orders with standard shipping received prior 12pm Easter Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will be processed within 5 business days upon payment validation (Credit Card or Paypal)
  • Orders with expedited shipping received prior 12pm Easter Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, will be processed the same day upon payment validation (Credit Card or Paypal).

Collegiate orders

  • Please NOTE: OUR COLLEGIATE STYLES are made to order. Shipping will take up to 2 weeks for the printed styles and 6 weeks for hand smocked and embroidered styles (based on the date the order was placed)
  • However, if your order include any other style from our online store, we will ship out first the rest of the order and the Collegiate style will be shipped once it becomes available.

 

Delivery time

  • Orders to the United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and orders to United Kingdom with Standard Shipping will be delivered within 8 to 15 business days after being processed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico with Standard Shipping will be delivered within 10 to 18 business days after being processed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
  • Orders to the United States (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom) with expedited shipping will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days after being processed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

After placing your order, You will receive a confirmation email. And, once the order is processed, you will receive a second email with the tracking and delivery information of your package.

Under your account, you may register multiple shipping addresses. When filling out the shipping information on an order, please specify the shipping address you wish to send the merchandise to. Please note that you can only ship to one address per order.

 

How do I return an item from my order?

We will gladly accept your item back if you are within the 90 days after placing the order period. The items must unwashed, unworn, unused and with all its original tags. To return an item or your entire order, you will need to request a Return Authorization number by email at customercare@vivelafete.com or by calling at 786-264-1206

Fill the form you received with your package and write the authorization number on it. Send the item(s) back to our Miami address:

Once we received the item(s), a refund will be processed to the credit card or PayPal account used at the purchasing time. Please take into consideration that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item(s) received or package was defective, damaged or wrong.

Can I Return an item purchased from another Website or Local Store?

Refunds are only available for online purchases completed at www.vivelafete.com if you have an item purchased from another online store or local retailer, please contact them directly to complete a return/refund process with them.
