Exchange/Return Policy

Vive La Fête will gladly perform a size or style exchange when:

  • The size ordered does not fit your child
  • The item was received as a gift and the recipient is not satisfied with the article
  • The item was received with a manufacturing defect

All custom merchandise is made to order; therefore we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on these products. The only exception is if the item was received with a manufacturing defect.

How to perform a return or exchange

  1. Contact Vive La Fête Customer Care at 786-264-1206 or send an email to customercare@vivelafete.com to receive your Return/Exchange Authorization number.
  2. Fill out the Return/Exchange Authorization form
  3. Ship the items together with the RA Form via UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service (insured, if order over $100.00) – to the following address

Please note:

  • The original order number must be provided when requesting an exchange or return.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, in its original packaging and with its original hangtags.
  • Vive La Fête will process any exchange within 90 days of the original purchase date.
  • Exchanges can only be submitted once after the original purchase was made.
  • Exchanges, when available, will be shipped within 5 business days. 
  • When performing a size or style exchange, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
  • If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will send you a call tag to ship the incorrect/defective item to our warehouse and a replacement will be sent free of charges. If the item is out of stock, a complete refund will be applied.

 

Exchanges and returns are processed within 2 business days after they are received in our warehouse

Refund policy

  • All refunds will be applied after the returns have been received at our warehouse.
  • Any discount given at the time of purchase will be forfeited and may not be reused
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable
  • Credit Card refunds usually appear in your next billing cycle and could take up to 30 days
