Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns for most products if the return is made five (5) after the order arrives at the ship-to-address with receipt or proof of purchase. If more than five (5) days have passed since you received your purchase, a refund or exchange will not be honored. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Any item delivered with a manufacturing defect or damaged during shipping will be replaced. However, we ask in these cases that you photograph all aspects of damaged packaging or manufacturing defects as soon as you receive and identify damage. This is required so the shipping company can respond to insurance reimbursement requests. New item shipments usually take 2-3 days to process items in stock and 7-10 business days for items that must be manufactured.
Your item is acceptable for returns if it is unused, in the same condition it was received in, and in the original packaging.
Due to COVID-19, we cannot accept returns of neck gaiters, face masks, or any face cover at this time. This is to ensure the safety and protection of our customers and staff.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been reviewed and inspected, you will receive an email notification from us that we have received your returned item. This email will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, a refund will be sent back to the original payment used for the purchase. The refund will be initiated five (5) days after the acceptance of the returned product.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If a considerable amount of time has passed and you have yet to receive your refund, we ask that you first check with your payment institution (bank, credit card company, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.) and see if they have a record of or know a time frame for when your refund will be credited back to you.
After following these steps and a refund still has not been received, please contact us at customercare@vivelafete.com, and we will undoubtedly contact the payment processing company to determine what the issue is and work with you and them to find a solution.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; there will be no refunds on sale items. All sale item sales are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same item, send us an email at customercare@vivelafete.com and send your item with its order number to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your item. Once the returned item is sent back and received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be given to whoever purchased and received the item. They will also be notified of the status of the return.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs if you are returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please keep in mind, COVID-19 has also caused a delay in the shipping of our products.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
