Ordering Online


How do I place an order?

Its simple and fun shopping at!

Make your selection from the product pages, specify the quantity and size you would like then click “Add to Cart”. After you add an item you may continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase.

Once you are finished shopping you may click on the “Shopping Cart” button located at the top right hand corner of the page to review your items, and then click “Checkout” to begin the checkout process. You will then be asked to fill out shipping and billing information. Finish by clicking Place Order. Be sure to be on the look out for a confirmation email in you inbox shortly after.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience we accept all mayor credit cards (American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover), as well as Paypal. Your credit card will be charged securely at the time your order is placed.


Is my credit card secure?

For your safety we do not store credit card information. All transactions are processed by PayPal, Inc. This website is secured with Godaddy Secure Socket Layer Certificates utilizing the highest level of security possible.


Do you collect sales tax?

Vive La Fete, Inc. currently does not have retail stores or physical presence in any of the US states, other than Florida; therefore we do not collect any sales tax on this website, except for sales in Florida.


Can I modify or cancel an order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we can not modify or cancel an order. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return your order for a full refund.

When will I receive my order?

It normally takes up to 15 business days for you to get your order. Please refer to our shipping policy. 

NOTE: our NCAA PRINT styles are made to order. Therefore it takes up to 6 WEEKS for us to ship them. However, if your order include any other style from our online store, we will ship out first the rest of the order and the NCAA printed style will be shipped once it becomes available.

Shipping & Handling

How can I track my order?

Within minutes of placing your order you will receive an e-mail to your specified address from us that will confirm that your order has been received and processed. A second email will be sent within the next 24 hours with the delivery tracking information with a direct link to the shipping company's web site the day the merchandise is shipped from Florida.


Can I ship to another address other than my own?

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When filling out the shipping information, specify the shipping address you wish to send your order to. You may have multiple shipping addresses under your account. Please note that you can only ship to one address per order.


Will Vive La Fete ship anywhere?

Currently, ships to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico (shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur an extra $35.00 delivery charge), as well as to APO or FPO addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally.


What are your shipping & handling rates?

At this time Vive La Fete offers a $6.99 flat shipping rate everywhere, except on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange merchandise?

We will gladly accept returns within 90 days of the original purchase date, however merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, in its original packaging and with its original hangtags. Refunds will be provided in the manner in which the original purchase was made. Please make sure all exchanges/returns are shipped back to us via UPS, FEDEX or US Postal Service (insured, if order over $100.00) to the below address along with the Return/Exchange form, properly filled out:

Exchanges and returns are processed 2 business days after they have been received in our warehouse. Exchanges, when available, will be shipped within 5 business days. Shipping charges on orders are nonrefundable. Credit Card refunds usually appear in your next billing cycle and could take up to 30 days.


Can I return/exchange a gift?

Yes, you can! We will extend a refund for the current selling price of the returned merchandise in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If you would like an exchange, please fill out the Return/Exchange form, you will be notified by Customer Care if your item(s) is no longer available.

I received damaged merchandise, how can I return it?

In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise; we will gladly replace or take back the item for a full refund at our expense. When you ship back the merchandise please include our return/exchange form and indicate that the item is defective.

In the case of a defective merchandise return, Vive La Fete, Inc. will also refund the out-bound shipping charge and, if available, we will replace the merchandise free of charge. Otherwise, we will refund the full amount.

If the item has been worn and damaged, unfortunately we will not accept the item in return.


I have lost the Return/Exchange form that was included with my merchandise, what can I do?

Easy!! Contact us by email at or Telephone: (786) 264-1206. Please provide the order number when you contact us.


Can I return or exchange custom made merchandise?

All custom merchandise is made to order; therefore we can not accept any returns or exchanges on these products. The only exception is a manufacturing defect.


Merchandise Availability


I just saw an item on line and it is no longer available?

Due to the high demand of our products, our quantities are limited, therefore availability is not guaranteed. In the unlikely event that the item you order becomes sold out, you will receive a notification via email.


Do you carry a specific style?

If you know the product(s) you are looking for, simply enter the description or style number into the search box at the top right hand corner of each page. You can also browse by brand, product category, or by size.


Do your styles run true to size?

YES! If you are unsure about sizing please check our size measurements chart. If the garment does not fit your child to your complete satisfaction, please return to obtain a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, in its original packaging and with its original hangtags. Refunds will be provided in the manner in which the original purchase was


Is gift packaging available?
